Married, father of three children, he graduated in law in 1985 from the University of Rome “La Sapienza”. He has been a lawyer since 1989 and has been a cassation lawyer since 2001.
After an experience of about four years at the Council of State, since 1994 he has been a lawyer at the Avvocatura di Roma Capitale which he directed for about three years between 2010 and 2013. He is currently responsible for the Construction and Civil Protection sector.
From 2001 to 2016 he was a member of the FIGC Federal Prosecutor’s Office with the qualification of Deputy Federal Prosecutor, in whose capacity he dealt with, among many others, sporting offenses, football bets and was a member of the pool that prepared the referrals in the so-called ” calciopoli “in 2006.
In 2017 he was legal advisor to the Nationale B Professional Football League for which he participated in the drafting of the new Statute in accordance with the guiding principles of the FIGC.
He currently has a consulting position for compliance and auditing of contracts with the LNPB.
