Joe Tacopina

Joe Tacopina, one of the most famous criminal lawyers in the United States, is the current president of the SPAL which plays in Serie B. Originally from Brooklyn, NY, of Italian origins, Tacopina was one of the first Americans to venture into Italian football. His career began in 2011, when he served on the board of AS Roma, and continued at Bologna and Venezia, where he became the first president to win three promotions in a row from 2014 to 2017. He is now in his second year at SPAL, a club he hopes to bring back to the big Serie A stage.
