Tommaso has a Physics degree, with a 17 year heritage of Marketing in various roles with growing responsibilities, a deep knowledge of communication strategies and an open and dynamic approach. Since 2005 he has been working for Adidas, which is one of the world's most beloved Brands, where he holds the role of Newsroom Director, as responsible for all Publishing activities for Italy, including PR and Digital PR, Social Media, Influencers and Artists. Following his mantra "What consumers see," Tommaso has rightly put the consumer at the heart of strategic thinking, developing a strong experience in the industry with a focus on Digital and new Media. He has an attitude towards continuous innovation and a particular attention to the constant evolution of the market, leading motivated teams with a strong mentality related to "performance culture."
