At each stop, participants will learn how to present their projects, connect with industry professionals, and gain insight into the\u00a0leading startup competition in the Football Industry<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What is SFS EXTRATIME 2025:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

SFS EXTRATIME 2025<\/strong>\u00a0is the official startup competition of the\u00a0SFS<\/strong>, organized in collaboration with\u00a0Almaviva<\/strong>, a leading Italian group in Information & Communication Technology. Its goal: to reward the most innovative solutions dedicated to the world of football and sports, capable of creating tangible and sustainable impact.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The competition is open to Italian and international startups and SMEs<\/strong> with projects focused on five key areas, with a particular emphasis on AI (Artificial Intelligence)<\/strong> and AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things)<\/strong> applications:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

– Technology and Performance<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Innovations to enhance athletic performance and data analysis in sports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–\u00a0Fan Engagement and New Experiences<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Digital tools to connect with fans before, during, and after sporting events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–\u00a0Business Models and Sustainability<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Solutions for a more economically, environmentally, and socially sustainable football industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–\u00a0Media, Content, and Entertainment<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 Projects redefining how sport is told, distributed, and experienced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

–\u00a0Ticketing and New Access Solutions<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 AI, blockchain, and customer experience-driven innovations for smart and secure ticketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The six finalist teams<\/strong>, selected by an expert jury, will advance to the Demo Day<\/strong>, scheduled for November 18, 2025, at the Allianz Stadium in Turin<\/strong>, during the eighth edition of the SFS<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\u00a0winning startup<\/strong>\u00a0will receive a\u00a0\u20ac5,000 cash prize<\/strong>\u00a0and will be officially awarded during the\u00a0SFS Awards<\/strong>, in front of leading figures from the football and innovation industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
