E, soprattutto, come sfruttare la passione viscerale verso un club per generare nuove fonti di valore? Questa \u00e8 stata la tematica principale del panel <strong>How fans will look like in the future<\/strong>, in programma al <strong>SFS24<\/strong>. Sul palco, assieme alla giornalista <strong>Anna Maria Baccaro<\/strong>, i due <em>Monitor<\/em> Deloitte<strong> Luigi Capitanio<\/strong> e <strong>Andrea Cabiati<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Partendo da un\u2019analisi di mercato condotta su circa duemila tifosi in tutto il mondo, sono emersi dati molto interessanti, utili per tutti gli stakeholder della football industry.  Questi spaziano su pi\u00f9 fronti, restituendo un quadro dell&#8217;appassionato calcistico contemporaneo che \u00e8 radicalmente cambiato rispetto a soli venti anni fa. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Innanzitutto, \u00e8 bene ricordare che il concetto di squadra tradizionale si sta ampliando; nuovi paradigmi \u2013 come le squadre femminili e gli <em>eGames <\/em>\u2013 stanno acquisendo sempre pi\u00f9 spazio all\u2019interno della <strong>value proposition<\/strong> offerta dai club, suscitando un interesse crescente. Inoltre, viene posta molta attenzione sulla fruizione dei contenuti e sulla tematica infrastrutturale: le nuove generazioni richiedono un content mirato e personalizzato che sia breve e dilazionato, non essendo pi\u00f9 disposti a sedersi in stadi non evoluti o poco ammodernati.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"SFS 24 panel - How fans will look like in the future by Deloitte\" width=\"1100\" height=\"619\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/NC6UNTP_92g?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8220;<em>I tifosi vedono il calcio come uno strumento per favorire l&#8217;inclusione sociale e azioni di responsabilit\u00e0 sociale, motivo per cui si aspettano approcci modulati in maniera congiunta e sistematica non solo da parte dei club, ma anche a livello istituzionale<\/em>&#8220;, ha detto Capitanio. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019ammodernamento delle strutture diventa quindi un elemento imprescindibile nella strategia di qualsiasi club, sia per migliorare l\u2019esperienza della partita, sia \u2013 soprattutto in Italia \u2013 in vista di Euro 2032. Soddisfare gli interessi fan, infatti, comporta un beneficio tangibile anche in termini di <strong>ROI (Return on Investiment)<\/strong>. <strong>Ma quali sono i trend, o gli asset, pi\u00f9 comuni e importanti per i tifosi?<\/strong> Sicuramente il <em>food&amp;beverage<\/em>, assieme a tutti quei servizi che possono rivelarsi utili per evolvere l&#8217;esperienza e portarla ai limiti dell&#8217;<em>entertainement<\/em>. Ma anche i training lab, con i nuovi appassionati che vogliono vivere esperienze sempre pi\u00f9 emozionanti e a contatto con i propri idoli sportivi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019analisi si \u00e8 inoltre concentrata su quelle che potrebbero essere le future evoluzioni della football industry, offrendo un ricco ventaglio di soluzioni potenzialmente rivoluzionarie per l\u2019intero settore. Ad esempio? Le nuove generazioni stanno mostrando un interesse crescente verso la rivisitazione dei tempi di gioco &#8211; auspicando l&#8217;introduzione di tempi effettivi &#8211; e iniziative di <em>gamification <\/em>o di <em>club membership <\/em>per amplificare il proprio sentiment di appartenenza ad una community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Infine, \u00e8 stato menzionato anche il tema della <strong>sostenibilit\u00e0<\/strong>, parimenti sentita sia dai tifosi pi\u00f9 giovani che da quelli pi\u00f9 avanti con l&#8217;et\u00e0.
