Fabio Cintioli

Fabio Cintioli is full professor of administrative law at the University of International Studies in Rome (UNINT). He is a lawyer of the free court, deals with administrative law and competition law, with ranking in band 1 in Chambers International. He has been an ordinary magistrate, a magistrate of the TAR and a magistrate of the Council of State, legal adviser to the President of the Senate, Secretary General of the AGCM and member of the Legislative Committee of the Lombardy Region. Among his publications, we mention Giudice Administrative, Technical and Market (2005), Regulatory Power and Judicial Review (2007), Institutions of Competition and Public Service (2010), Horizons of Competition in Italy (2019), Per Few More Races. The public procurement maze and the economic recovery (2020).
