Social Football Summit stands with UNICEF to support the future of children around the world
The Social Football Summit (SFS) team is proud and honoured to announce a new three-year charity partnership with UNICEF Italy. This partnership is based on the shared core values of SFS and UNICEF, such as sport, solidarity and respect for others, and a commitment to protecting the rights of children and adolescents worldwide.
The Social Football Summit (SFS) is Italy’s leading international event for the football industry. Since its foundation in 2018, it has brought together clubs, federations, brands, start-ups, institutions and professionals, creating a unique platform for discussion, training and networking. Addressing the major transformations in football and sports, including technological innovation, digitalisation, sustainability and fan engagement, the event offers tools and insights to help attendees anticipate future trends.
Over the next three years, SFS is committed to supporting UNICEF projects by promoting awareness-raising and solidarity initiatives involving all participants, starting with Social Football Summit 26 in Turin on 10–11 November. SFS believes that cooperation is the most effective way to generate a positive and lasting impact. In particular, SFS will donate a portion of the proceeds from ticket sales to UNICEF’s humanitarian aid and development programmes, which benefit the most vulnerable children.
SFS wishes to emphasise the paramount importance of a partnership of this calibre and of the missions that UNICEF has been carrying out with dedication for years, ensuring a future for children in need all over the world.
Operating in over 190 countries and territories, UNICEF saves the lives of boys and girls through its assistance programmes, which range from health and nutrition to education, vaccinations, climate change, gender equality and social inclusion. These are issues that SFS has always supported, placing them at the core of its manifesto.
Together, for every child.
