Social Football Summit and AIL – the Italian Association against Leukemia, Lymphoma, and Myeloma – are pleased to announce a new charity partnership aimed at uniting the worlds of sport and solidarity to support and raise awareness of the needs of patients with hematological diseases.

The initiative “Sharing Experiences” is at the heart of this collaboration, offering the chance to create unforgettable football-related moments for hematological patients and their families.

As part of this year’s edition of the SFS, the largest event dedicated to bringing together professionals from the football industry, businesses, institutions, and associations, special opportunities will be created to deliver unique experiences for those facing the daily challenges of illness. Thanks to the support of football clubs, athletes, key players in the football world, and AIL’s 83 regional chapters, patients will have the chance to personally experience the magic of football. This will include attending training sessions, meeting players, receiving special invitations to stadiums, and engaging in activities designed to bring joy and hope. Through these experiences, SFS and AIL aim to highlight the social role of sport and its ability to inspire and uplift those navigating difficult journeys.

“Sharing Experiences” is an opportunity to bridge the world of football with those living with these diseases, demonstrating how sport can serve as a powerful vehicle for solidarity and social change.

SFS and AIL invite all stakeholders in the sports sector to join this initiative.

Football clubs, businesses, and professionals are encouraged to turn their participation into a tangible commitment to making a difference in the lives of hematological patients and their families. With everyone’s support, it will be possible to bring smiles, create meaningful connections, and make football a source of hope and positivity for those who need it most.
